Analiza e përzierjes
Analiza e përzierjes është një metodë e gjenetikës së popullatave që inferon strukturën e popullatës dhe prejardhjen individuale nga të dhënat gjenotipike multilokale. Fillimisht e zhvilluar nga Pritchard, Stephens dhe Donnelly (2000) dhe e rafinuar nga Alexander, Novembre dhe Lange (2009), analiza e përzierjes zbulon se si variacioni gjenetik shpërndahet midis popullatave dhe vlerëson fraksionet e prejardhjes së individëve të përzier. Kjo teknikë është thelbësore për të kuptuar historinë evolucionare njerëzore, zbulimin e shtresëzimit të popullatës në studime gjenetike dhe inferimin e prejardhjes individuale.
