| Zhrnutie≠ | The Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Questionnaire (PCOSQ) is a 26-item self-report instrument developed to measure quality of life in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Created by Cronin and colleagues in 1998, the PCOSQ is disease-specific, assessing five dimensions uniquely relevant to PCOS: emotional effects, body hair, weight, infertility, and menstrual problems. It enables clinicians and researchers to evaluate the multidimensional impact of PCOS and monitor outcomes of lifestyle, hormonal, and reproductive interventions. | The Female Pelvic Pain Scale (FPPS) is a standardized self-report instrument designed to assess the severity and functional impact of pelvic pain conditions in women, including dysmenorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease, interstitial cystitis, and pelvic pain of unclear etiology. By measuring pain intensity, location, timing, and associated functional limitations, the FPPS enables clinicians to quantify baseline pain burden and track treatment response. |
