Testul Wilcoxon al rangurilor semnate este alternativa nonparametrică la testul t pentru eșantioane perechi, comparând două măsurători înrudite pe aceiași subiecți pentru a decide dacă diferența lor tipică este zero. A fost introdus de Frank Wilcoxon în 1945 și funcționează pe date continue sau ordinale fără a presupune normalitatea.
