It captures treatment burden (nausea, vomiting, pain, hair loss), cancer-related worry, cognitive concerns, and emotional and social impacts of diagnosis and treatment. Used alongside the PedsQL Generic Core Scales, it provides comprehensive assessment of both cancer-specific and general health-related quality of life during active treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care.
