Resumo	The PDQ-39 is the most widely used patient-reported outcome measure for Parkinson's disease quality of life. Developed by Crispin Jenkinson and colleagues in 1997, this 39-item self-report questionnaire comprehensively assesses how Parkinson's symptoms affect daily functioning, emotional well-being, stigma, social support, and cognitive-communication abilities. It is the recommended instrument in major Parkinson's disease clinical trials and forms a core component of outcome measurement in movement disorders.	The EORTC QLQ-C30 is the most widely used international instrument for assessing quality of life in cancer patients.
