Tract-Based Spatial Statistics
Tract-Based Spatial Statistics (TBSS) er en voksellbasert analysemetode for å påvise gruppeforskjeller i mikrostruktur av hvit substans fra diffusjons-MR-data. TBSS, publisert av Stephen M. Smith og kolleger i 2006, adresserer registrerings- og multippel sammenligningsproblemer som er iboende i voksellbasert analyse ved å projisere individuelle FA-kart på et skjelett av hvit substans utledet fra en populasjonstmal.
