Analyse av hybrid prosesskapabilitet

Hybrid prosesskapabilitetsanalyse kombinerer to eller flere metoder for kapabilitetsvurdering — for eksempel, klassiske indekser (Cp, Cpk) med fuzzy logikk, bootstrap-inferens eller Bayesiansk estimering — for å overvinne begrensningene til en enkelt tilnærming. Ved å integrere komplementære metoder, leverer den mer robuste kapabilitetserklæringer for prosesser som ikke er normalfordelte, asymmetriske, eller kortserie-prosesser der standardindekser alene ville villede kvalitetsbeslutninger.
