Z-SCORE-NORMALIZATION (Z-Score Normalization — standardisering til null gjennomsnitt og enhetsstandardavvik) er en normaliseringsmetode for multi-kriteriebeslutningstaking (MCDM) introdusert av Hellwig, Z. i 1968. Den omgjør en beslutningsmatrise av alternativer scoret på flere kriterier til et strukturert, reproduserbart resultat.
