Sammendrag	The Rotator Cuff Quality of Life Index (RC-QoL) is a rotator cuff-specific outcome instrument that measures symptom impact and functional limitations in patients with rotator cuff disease. The Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) is a 20-item patient self-report instrument designed to assess functional limitations in individuals with lower extremity musculoskeletal disorders.
