| Sammendrag≠ | Longitudinal Biographical Research (LBR) is a qualitative approach that combines in-depth biographical or narrative interviewing with a repeated, time-extended data-collection design. Participants are interviewed at multiple time points — sometimes years apart — so that researchers can trace how individuals construct, revise, and re-narrate their life stories as circumstances change. The method captures both the content of life histories and the dynamic process through which meaning is made and remade over time. | Grounded Theory (GT) is a systematic qualitative research methodology in which theory emerges directly from data through iterative analysis, rather than being imposed before data collection.
