Sammendrag	The JAFAR is a parent-report instrument developed by Lovell et al. in 1989 to assess functional ability in children and adolescents with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). The module is paired with the PedsQL Generic Core Scales, enabling both disease-specific and general health-related quality of life assessment.
