SammendragThe IIEF is a 15-item, multidimensional self-report instrument developed by Rosen and colleagues in 1997 to assess erectile function and sexual satisfaction in men. It remains the most widely used psychometric tool for evaluating erectile dysfunction in clinical and research settings, with validation across 29 countries and translations into 40+ languages. The MSHQ is a multidimensional self-report questionnaire designed to assess sexual function, problems, and satisfaction in men. Developed by Glina and colleagues and first published in 2008, it measures erectile function, ejaculatory function, and overall sexual satisfaction. The MSHQ exists in multiple versions (full form and brief forms) and has become increasingly used in clinical research, particularly in evaluating sexual outcomes in men with prostate cancer and other urologic conditions.
