Developed by Cynthia Burckhardt and colleagues in 1991, this 10-item questionnaire quantifies how fibromyalgia affects physical function, work capacity, depression, anxiety, sleep, pain, and fatigue. The revised version (FIQR, 21 items) offers enhanced psychometric properties and is the current standard in fibromyalgia clinical trials and practice. | The KDQOL is the most widely used quality of life measure for chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients, particularly those on dialysis.
