Concurrerend Exploratief Sequentieel Mixed Methods Design
Het concurrerend exploratief sequentieel mixed methods design is een geavanceerde mixed methods-configuratie die twee timingstructuren combineert: een concurrente (gelijktijdige) dataverzamelingsfase naast een exploratief sequentieel traject, waarin vroege kwalitatieve bevindingen de ontwikkeling of verfijning van een kwantitatieve component informeren. Dit hybride ontwerp wordt gebruikt wanneer een studie zowel real-time integratie van kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve data als een instrumentontwikkelings- of theorie-testfase, gedreven door initiële kwalitatieve exploratie, vereist.
