SECA (Simultane Evaluatie van Criteria en Alternatieven) is een rangschikkende multi-criteria besluitvormingsmethode (MCDM) geïntroduceerd door Keshavarz Ghorabaee, M., Amiri, M., Zavadskas, E. K., Turskis, Z., Antucheviciene, J. in 2018. Het transformeert een beslissingsmatrix van alternatieven gescoord op meerdere criteria in een gestructureerd, reproduceerbaar resultaat.
