Epsilon-Based Measure DEA
Epsilon-Based Measure DEA (EBM-DEA) is een non-parametrische methode voor efficiëntieanalyse die evalueert hoe efficiënt organisatorische eenheden inputs omzetten in outputs. In tegenstelling tot eenvoudige ratio-gebaseerde methoden, houdt EBM proportioneel rekening met slacks (ongebruikte inputs, niet-gerealiseerde outputs) in zowel input- als outputdimensies. Het produceert een enkele efficiëntiescore tussen 0 en 1, waarbij 1 de efficiëntie van de best practice aangeeft.
