Pemodelan Nilai Tambah

Pemodelan Nilai Tambah (VAM) ialah kaedah untuk menilai sumbangan sekolah atau guru terhadap pertumbuhan pencapaian pelajar, yang dibangunkan oleh Sanders dan Horn (1998). VAM mengasingkan kesan guru atau sekolah dengan membandingkan peningkatan pelajar (nilai tambah) sambil mengawal pencapaian terdahulu dan ciri-ciri pelajar.
