Pembangunan Skala Bentuk Pendek
Pembangunan skala bentuk pendek ialah proses sistematik untuk mengurangkan skala psikologi penuh kepada subset item yang lebih kecil sambil mengekalkan kesahan konstruk, kebolehpercayaan dan sifat pengukuran instrumen asal. Ia digunakan secara meluas apabila beban pentadbiran perlu diminimumkan tanpa menjejaskan kualiti psikometrik.
