Rangka Kerja Bersepadu untuk Penyelidikan Pelaksanaan (CFIR) ialah model lima domain yang direka untuk menilai secara sistematik faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejayaan pelaksanaan intervensi berasaskan bukti dalam sistem kesihatan. Dibangunkan oleh Damschroder et al. (2009) dan diperhalusi melalui penggunaan meluas merentasi domain kesihatan, CFIR menyediakan perbendaharaan kata dan taksonomi berstruktur yang terdiri daripada 39 konstruk yang mengenal pasti halangan dan pemudah cara pelaksanaan merentasi ciri-ciri intervensi, konteks organisasi, faktor individu, dan proses pelaksanaan.
