Analisis Hi-C

Hi-C (High-Chromosome Conformation Capture) ialah satu teknik dan kaedah komputasi yang berkaitan untuk memetakan seni bina 3D genom dalam sel. Dibangunkan oleh Lieberman-Aiden dan Dekker pada 2009, Hi-C mengenal pasti interaksi fizikal antara kawasan genom yang mungkin berjauhan dalam jujukan linear tetapi berdekatan secara spatial dalam ruang nuklear 3D. Analisis Hi-C telah mendedahkan prinsip asas organisasi genom, termasuk kewujudan domain penggabungan topologi (TAD), dan memberikan pandangan tentang bagaimana struktur 3D mengawal ekspresi gen dan replikasi DNA.
