Mapper algoritms

Mapper algoritms ir topoloģiskās datu analīzes (TDA) metode, kas veido uz grafiem balstītu augstdimensiju punktu mākoņa datu formas kopsavilkumu. To 2007. gadā "Eurographics Symposium on Point-Based Graphics" konferencē ieviesa Singh, Mémoli un Carlsson. Mapper konstruē simpliciālu kompleksu — parasti grafu —, kas uztver datu kopas globālo topoloģisko un ģeometrisko struktūru, neprasot fiksētu iegulšanu vai metrisku pieņēmumu.
