Konstruktīvā pamatotā teorija — Charmaz
Konstruktīvā pamatotā teorija (KPT) ir Ketijas Čarmasas izstrādāta kvalitatīva metodoloģija, kas sistemātiski veido vidēja līmeņa teoriju no empīriskiem datiem, izmantojot iteratīvu kodēšanu, piezīmju rakstīšanu un teorētisko izlasi. Atšķirībā no Glasera un Strausa oriģinālās objektīvistiskās versijas, KPT uzskata, ka gan dati, gan teorija tiek kopīgi konstruēti starp pētnieku un dalībniekiem, atzīstot pētnieka interpretatīvo perspektīvu kā neatņemamu analītiskā procesa daļu, nevis kā novēršamu neobjektivitātes avotu.
