PROMETHEE-II (PROMETHEE II — Preferenču rangu veidošanas metode vērtējumu bagātināšanai II) ir pārklājoša daudzkritēriju lēmumu pieņemšanas (MCDM) metode, ko 1985. gadā ieviesa J. P. Brans un P. Vinke. Tā pārvērš lēmumu matricas, kurās alternatīvas novērtētas pēc vairākiem kritērijiem, strukturētā, reproducējamā rezultātā.
