KopsavilkumsActive Learning with Logistic Regression is an iterative label-efficient framework in which a logistic regression model selects the unlabeled examples it is most uncertain about, an oracle (human annotator) labels them, and the model is retrained — repeating until a labeling budget or accuracy target is met. It dramatically reduces annotation cost compared to random labeling.Random Forest is an ensemble learning method, introduced by Leo Breiman in 2001, that grows many decision trees on bootstrap samples of the data and combines their votes to produce strong classification and regression. By pooling many slightly different trees, it produces more accurate and more stable predictions than any single tree.
