Hybrid Six Sigma DMAIC
Hybrid Six Sigma DMAIC combines the rigorous five-phase DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) with complementary methodologies — most commonly Lean principles, Agile practices, or Design Thinking — to address quality defects and process inefficiencies simultaneously.
