森林インベントリサンプリング
森林インベントリサンプリングとは、網羅的な調査ではなく、樹木の代表的なサブセットを調査することによって、材積、種構成、バイオマスなどの森林特性を推定するための体系的なアプローチです。1970年代にLoetschらによって開発されたこの手法は、統計的サンプリング理論を森林評価に適用するもので、持続可能な森林管理と資源モニタリングの世界的な基盤となっています。
