OWA（Ordered Weighted Averaging、順序付けられた加重平均）は、Yager, R. R.によって1988年に導入され、1997年にGIS拡張が行われた、ランキング型の多基準意思決定（MCDM）手法です。これは、複数の基準で評価された代替案の意思決定行列を、構造化された再現可能な結果に変換します。
