ディフィー・ヘルマン鍵交換
ディフィー・ヘルマン鍵交換は、1976年にホイットフィールド・ディフィーとマーティン・ヘルマンによって考案された、安全でない通信チャネル上で共有秘密を確立するための基本的なプロトコルである。以前に通信したことのない2つの当事者は、ディフィー・ヘルマンを使用して、傍受者が公開された交換をすべて傍受した後でも、容易に導き出すことができない対称暗号鍵に合意することができる。
