概要	The Unified Huntington's Disease Rating Scale (UHDRS) is the comprehensive, multidomain assessment instrument for Huntington's disease, a neurodegenerative disorder caused by expanded CAG trinucleotide repeats. Developed by the Huntington Study Group in 1996, the UHDRS measures motor, cognitive, functional, and psychiatric manifestations of disease.
