概要	Goniometry is the standardized clinical measurement of joint angles using a goniometer (angle-measuring instrument) to quantify range of motion in degrees. Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS) are electrodiagnostic tests measuring electrical activity in muscles and nerves, providing objective data on neuromuscular function.
