概要The Intuitive Eating Scale-2 is a 23-item self-report instrument designed to measure intuitive eating, a non-restrictive, non-prescriptive eating approach that emphasizes internal hunger and satiety cues, unconditional permission to eat, and body attunement. Developed by Tylka and Kroon Van Diest in 2013, the IES-2 builds on the original Intuitive Eating Scale and has become a standard measure in research examining health-at-every-size, eating disorder recovery, and alternatives to restrictive dieting. It is widely used in clinical research and eating behavior studies. The Nutrition Self-Efficacy Scale, sometimes called the Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale (DASES), is an 8-item instrument measuring confidence in performing diet-related behaviors and self-management skills. Developed by Lorig and colleagues at the Stanford Patient Education Center in 2003, it is based on self-efficacy theory and measures respondents' confidence in their ability to eat healthily, manage portions, choose healthful foods, and overcome dietary barriers. The scale is used in diabetes care, weight management, and general nutrition intervention research.
