概要	The Global Rating of Change (GRC) Scale is a single-item, self-report outcome measure that asks patients to rate the overall change in their condition since baseline assessment. The Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) is a 20-item patient self-report instrument designed to assess functional limitations in individuals with lower extremity musculoskeletal disorders.
