等価静的解析
等価静的解析は、最も単純な耐震設計法であり、地震の影響を、建物の重心に作用するか、または建物高さ全体に分布する単一の静的横力として表現します。1959年にSEAOCによって標準化され、現代の建築基準法に組み込まれており、規則的な建物の設計に最も一般的に使用される方法です。
