グリーンビルディング評価システム
グリーンビルディング評価システムは、建物の環境性能と持続可能性を評価・認証するための標準化された枠組みです。最も広く知られているのは、1998年に米国グリーンビルディング協会（USGBC）によって設立されたLEED（Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design）です。世界中には同様のシステムが存在します（英国のBREEAM、欧州のPassivhausなど）。それぞれが構造化された基準を用いて、複数の環境次元にわたる設計と性能を評価します。
