Developed by Richard O'Neill, Robert Horner, and colleagues in the 1990s, FBA is a cornerstone of applied behavior analysis and is widely used in educational, clinical, and organizational settings to guide evidence-based behavior intervention planning. | Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a behavioral intervention designed to reduce anxiety and compulsive behaviors by having clients repeatedly confront feared situations or intrusive thoughts without engaging in safety behaviors or compulsions.
