The Body Sensations Questionnaire (BSQ) is a 17-item self-report measure that assesses the degree to which respondents fear common bodily sensations associated with panic and anxiety (e.g., heart palpitations, dizziness, trembling). Developed by Chambless and colleagues in 1984, the BSQ captures a specific form of anxiety sensitivity—fear of interoceptive cues.
