Deteksi Niat — Klasifikasi Niat
Deteksi niat adalah tugas pemahaman bahasa alami yang mengklasifikasikan tujuan di balik ucapan pengguna — seperti melakukan reservasi, meminta informasi, atau mengajukan keluhan — ke dalam salah satu dari sekumpulan kelas niat yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Ini adalah komponen inti NLU dari antarmuka percakapan dan sistem otomatisasi layanan pelanggan, mengacu pada tolok ukur Larson et al. (2019) dan Casanueva et al. (2020).
