Pengembangan Skala
Pengembangan skala adalah proses terstruktur yang terdiri dari beberapa langkah untuk menciptakan instrumen pengukuran yang sahih secara psikometri yang menangkap konstruk psikologis laten. Proses ini mencakup definisi konstruk, pembuatan item, tinjauan ahli, analisis faktor eksploratori dan konfirmatori, estimasi reliabilitas, dan pengumpulan bukti validitas — menghasilkan seperangkat item final yang cocok untuk penelitian kuantitatif.
