Perbedaan Penting Minimal Berbasis Jangkar
Metode berbasis jangkar untuk menetapkan Perbedaan Penting Minimal Klinis (MCID) adalah teknik untuk menentukan perubahan terkecil pada hasil yang dilaporkan pasien (PRO) yang dianggap bermakna atau penting oleh pasien atau klinisi. Dipelopori oleh Guyatt, Jaeschke, dan Singer pada tahun 1989, pendekatan ini mengaitkan perubahan skor hasil dengan peristiwa atau penilaian eksternal yang bermakna secara klinis, memungkinkan peneliti dan klinisi untuk menafsirkan apakah efek pengobatan mewakili perbaikan yang nyata dan relevan bagi pasien.
