Analisis difusi jaringan memodelkan bagaimana informasi, penyakit, perilaku, atau inovasi menyebar melintasi graf yang terdiri dari node dan edge. Mengacu pada teori epidemi klasik (SI, SIR, SIS) dan ilmu jaringan modern, analisis ini melacak node mana yang terinfeksi, seberapa cepat, dan apakah penyebaran mencapai kaskade global atau padam secara lokal.
