A Panel Geographically Weighted Regression (Panel GWR) kiterjeszti a standard GWR keretrendszerét paneladatokra, lehetővé téve a regressziós együtthatók földrajzi helyenkénti és időnkénti változását. Ez megragadja a longitudinális vagy ismételt mérésű térbeli adatkészletek térben nem állandó kapcsolatait, kombinálva a helyi térbeli becslést a paneladatok egységspecifikus heterogenitásra vonatkozó kontrolljaival.
