סקירת היקף — סקירת היקף של הספרות
סקירת היקף (Scoping Review) היא שיטת סינתזת עדויות שיטתית הממפה את רוחב והיקף המחקר בנושא מסוים — מזהה מושגי מפתח, סוגי עדויות ופערים — מבלי בהכרח להעריך את איכות המחקרים או לאחד גדלי אפקט. השיטה פותחה על ידי Arksey ו-O'Malley (2005) ושופרה על ידי Levac ועמיתיה (2010), והיא בעלת ערך רב במיוחד בתחומים מתפתחים או הטרוגניים, שבהם סקירה שיטתית מלאה תהיה מוקדמת מדי או בלתי אפשרית.
