התאמת פונקציות חלקיקי-פרטון (PDF) היא התהליך של קביעת התפלגויות ההסתברות של קווארקים וגלואונים בתוך הדרונים באמצעות נתוני התנגשויות באנרגיה גבוהה. PDF מהווים קלט יסודי לכל הפנומנולוגיה של מתנגשי הדרונים, חיוניים לחיזוי חתכי הפעולה, תכנון טריגרים ופירוש חיפושי פיזיקה חדשה ב-Large Hadron Collider.
