ניתוח גרף ידע הוא מסגרת לייצוג, אחסון והסקת מסקנות על ידע עובדתי מובנה כגרף מכוון של ישויות ויחסים מטיפוסים שונים. ישויות (צמתים) ויחסים (קשתות) מבוטאים כשלישיות נושא-נשוא-מושא, המאפשרות שאילתות עשירות, הסקה ושילוב של מקורות נתונים הטרוגניים בתחומים כמו מחקר ביו-רפואי, מסחר אלקטרוני וספרות מדעית.
