ניתוח תערובת אוכלוסיות (Admixture Analysis)
ניתוח תערובת אוכלוסיות הוא שיטה בגנטיקה של אוכלוסיות המסיקה מבנה אוכלוסייה ומוצא אינדיבידואלי מנתוני גנוטיפ מרובי לוקוסים. השיטה, שפותחה במקור על ידי פריצ'רד, סטפנס ודונלי (2000) ושופרה על ידי אלכסנדר, נובמבר ולנגה (2009), חושפת כיצד השונוּת הגנטית מתפלגת בין אוכלוסיות ואומדת את חלקי המוצא של פרטים מעורבים (admixed individuals). טכניקה זו חיונית להבנת ההיסטוריה האבולוציונית של האדם, לאיתור ריבוד אוכלוסיות במחקרים גנטיים ולהסקת מוצא אינדיבידואלי.
