מחקר מבוסס-תכנון מרובה-מקרים (MCDBR) הוא מתודולוגיה התערבותית הנגזרת ממדעי הלמידה ומחקר חינוכי. הוא מרחיב את המחקר מבוסס-התכנון באתר יחיד על ידי יישום ושיפור איטרטיבי של התערבות חינוכית בשני אתרים, הקשרים או קבוצות משתתפים נפרדים או יותר, באופן סימולטני או עוקב. מבנה המקרים המצולבים מחזק את העברה התיאורטית וחושף וריאציות תלויות-הקשר שאתר יחיד לעולם לא יוכל לחשוף.
