שיטת הסרגלים הסופיים (FSM)
שיטת הסרגלים הסופיים (FSM) היא גישה נומרית-למחצה אנליטית לניתוח מבנים פריזמטיים או גליליים, על ידי חלוקתם לסרגלים בכיוון אחד ושימוש בפתרונות אנליטיים או מדויקים בכיוון הניצב. שיטה זו, שפותחה על ידי Cheung בשנת 1976, מפחיתה את עלויות החישוב ולעיתים קרובות מספקת דיוק עדיף למבנים בעלי גיאומטריה סדירה לאורך ציר אחד.
