RésuméRoBERTa-based Classification applies the RoBERTa pre-trained transformer — trained more robustly than BERT with dynamic masking and larger batches — to text categorisation tasks by adding a lightweight classification head on top of the [CLS] token representation and fine-tuning the entire model on labelled examples. It consistently matches or outperforms BERT on standard NLP benchmarks.Sentence Embeddings convert a sentence or short text into a single fixed-length dense vector that captures its semantic meaning. These vectors allow downstream tasks — semantic similarity, clustering, retrieval, and classification — to operate on numerical representations instead of raw text, making them one of the most versatile building blocks in modern NLP pipelines.
