RésuméThe Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) is a 567-item standardized self-report inventory designed to assess personality traits, psychopathology, and behavioral tendencies in adults. Originally published in 1943 and revised as the MMPI-2 in 1989 and the MMPI-2-RF in 2008, the MMPI remains the most widely used and researched objective personality assessment instrument in clinical, forensic, and industrial settings.Neuropsychological assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of cognitive and behavioral functions using standardized tests and observations to identify brain-behavior relationships and diagnose neurocognitive disorders. Rooted in the pioneering work of Alexander Luria in the 1960s and systematized by contemporary neuropsychologists, the assessment is used to evaluate dementia, traumatic brain injury, stroke, learning disorders, and other conditions affecting brain function.
