RésuméEnsemble Self-supervised Learning combines multiple self-supervised models, objectives, or augmentation views into a unified framework to produce more robust and generalizable representations from unlabeled data. By aggregating diverse self-supervised signals, the ensemble reduces the risk of representation collapse and outperforms single-objective SSL approaches on downstream tasks.Self-supervised learning (SSL) is a machine-learning paradigm that generates its own supervisory signal directly from unlabeled data by defining an auxiliary pretext task — such as predicting masked words, rotating images, or contrasting augmented views — and uses the learned representations as a powerful starting point for downstream tasks with minimal labeled examples.
